WAIVER & RELEASE POLICY
By signing up for a Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison class, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You further acknowledge that Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any classes. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison and all its wholly owned subsidiaries, its trainers, members and employees. You acknowledge that your agreement to this release applies to each time you visit Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and that of any minor under your care, and fully release Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison and all its wholly owned subsidiaries from all liability.
By signing up for an online Purposely Thriving/Colleen Robison class, in addition to acknowledging the terms and conditions specified above, you further acknowledge that you voluntarily chose to take an online class, voluntarily chose the location where to take the online class and voluntarily chose the equipment to use for that class, if any. You are accordingly accepting sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death) that may occur to you, your family members and the location where you are taking the class in connection with taking an online class. This includes, by way of example, any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that is due to, at least in part, by (i) the location where you chose to take the online class and (ii) the condition of the equipment you used when taking the online class.
